  12.        CD Player, invoked from the command line as _c_d_p_l_a_y_e_r, allows
  13.        you to play audio CDs on an IRIX-supported SCSI CD-ROM
  14.        drive. The audio is played through the IRIX audio hardware.

  16.        CD Player also lets you copy digital audio data from CD
  17.        directly across the SCSI bus to a disk file in the
  18.        computer's file system.  Any such copying is, of course,
  19.        subject to copyright law.

  26.             Environment subsystem for 6.5 (_d_m_e_d_i_a__e_o_e._s_w._t_o_o_l_s)
  27.             includes the program _c_d_p_l_a_y_e_r(1), which provides a
  28.             number of improvements over its predecessor, _c_d_m_a_n.
  29.             Cdplayer uses the standard digital media look-and-feel
  30.             and provides much more extensive facilities for moving
  31.             between tracks and for copying digital audio from CD
  32.             tracks to sound files on disk.
